Powder Blending
According to different models and quantities, calculate the percentage and weight of powder required for each layer, fully stir and mix the prepared powder and sieve it.
Dry Pressing
Add the prepared powder into the mold for pressing. If it is a multi-layer gradient color model, add the powder in the order of 1-6 layers for pressing. The forming hydraulic press and the mold cooperate to press the dry powder into a round, cake-shaped embryo blank.
Cold Isostatic Pressing
After the formed embryo is packed in a vacuum bag,it is placed in the basket of the cold isostatic press. Through the pressure of 300MPa, the pressure is evenly applied in all directions to make the embryo more solid.
Pre-sintering
The semi-finished product after cold isostatic pressing is placed in the furnace, heated to a maximum temperature of 1050 degrees according to a certain temperature curve, and continuously sintered at high temperature for 40 hours,till the product density and hardness meet the final delivery requirements.
CNC
The sintered products are processed by high-precision CNC lathes to ensure compliance with the final product’s diameter and thick.
UV Printing
UV printing on the front of the zirconia blank according to the standard of Kyozir branding or our customer's requirements.
Package
Take the final goods into the Kyozir premium package and ensure that the goods are well-protected so that they are not harmed during storage and shipping.
