Each batch of raw materials must undergo strict inspection before entering the factory, and only raw materials that meet our high standards can enter the production process.

During the dry pressing process, we use advanced equipment to press the zirconia powder into the desired shape under a certain pressure. Then we put the zirconia after dry pressing into the isostatic equipment and subject it to uniform pressure in all directions under high pressure, thereby eliminating internal pores and defects and improving the strength and quality of the zirconia.

We put the formed zirconia into the furnace for pre-sintering, so that the particles in the zirconia can be initially combined to improve the strength of the zirconia. Our high temperature furnace uses an advanced temperature control system that can accurately control the sintering temperature and time to ensure the stability and consistency of the pre-sintering process.

We have introduced advanced CNC equipment to accurately cut, grind and polish the zirconia. The CNC process can ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the product, so that the shape and performance of the product fully meet the design requirements.
