Kyozir Wraps Up a Successful Technicians for Technicians and Dentists Congress 2026 in Mexico City
2026/10/20
From October 16 to 17, 2026, Shenzhen Kyozir New Materials Co., Ltd. joined dental laboratory technicians, practicing dentists and industry suppliers from Mexico and across Latin America at the Technicians for Technicians and Dentists Congress 2026 (Congreso Internacional de Técnicos para Técnicos y Dentistas 2026), hosted at Expo Reforma CANACO Ciudad de México. As the two-day program came to a close, the Kyozir team wrapped up an intensive schedule of live demonstrations, technical consultations and partnership meetings with laboratories from Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey and beyond.

| Dates | October 16–17, 2026 |
| Venue | Expo Reforma CANACO Ciudad de México |
| Address | Av. Morelos 67, Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México, CDMX |
| Focus | Dental laboratory technology, clinical dentistry and industry networking |
| Kyozir Participation | Multilayer zirconia portfolio display, sintering consultation and technical support |

Kyozir presented a focused selection of multilayer dental zirconia blanks developed for digital dental laboratories, together with practical guidance on sintering and milling parameters:
- Alpha+ Multilayer Dental Zirconia Block — stratified layers that reproduce the natural gradient of colour and translucency from dentine to incisal edge, reducing the need for manual staining.
- Ultra+ Ultra Translucency Multilayer Zirconia Blank — engineered for optimal light transmission, delivering lifelike anterior aesthetics while retaining dependable strength.
- STH ML Multilayer Zirconia Block — 42–49% translucency with approximately 800 MPa flexural strength, a practical balance for crowns and bridges.
- Process support — sintering curve recommendations, shade selection advice and dental milling machine options for laboratories scaling up their CAD/CAM capacity.
| Topic | What laboratories asked | Kyozir response |
|---|---|---|
| Translucency vs. strength | Can one disc cover both anterior and posterior work? | Match translucency grade to indication; Ultra+ for aesthetic anteriors, STH ML for load-bearing posteriors. |
| Sintering stability | How do we avoid shade shift and distortion? | Follow the recommended sintering curve and validated furnace calibration; our team supplies per-batch parameters. |
| Shade consistency | Will batch-to-batch colour stay stable? | Multi-layer pressing and lot-level colour control keep shade deviation within a narrow tolerance. |
| Supply reliability | What are lead times and MOQs for repeat orders? | Direct factory supply from Shenzhen with stable lead times and flexible order quantities. |
Mexico's dental laboratory sector is modernising quickly. CAD/CAM adoption is spreading from large urban labs into mid-sized and regional laboratories, and clinicians increasingly expect aesthetic multilayer restorations delivered on short turnaround times. A two-day congress in the heart of Mexico City is an efficient place to align material choices with that shift, and to make sure laboratories understand exactly how a disc performs before they commit to it.

We would like to thank every technician, dentist and distributor who stopped by to discuss cases, compare samples and challenge us with real production problems. The feedback collected over these two days will directly inform the next generation of our multilayer zirconia products.
For laboratories that could not attend, the full Kyozir catalogue — including Alpha+, Ultra+ and STH ML multilayer zirconia blanks, as well as dental milling machines — is available online. Sample requests, technical datasheets and distributor enquiries are welcome at sales@kyozir.com, and our engineers are happy to review your sintering profile and shade strategy in detail.
See you at the next edition.
